Candidates Gathering at Local 7

Bar/restaurant on Main Street is the place to be this evening after polls close.

Several DeKalb candidates running in today's election are expected to gather at Tucker's this evening as results come in.

Jim McMahan and Jim Kinney, both running to unseat District 4 incumbent Paul Womack from the DeKalb Board of Education, have confirmed to Patch they will attend. Womack and another contender, Tom Gilbert, have yet to respond.

Also showing up will be Rep. Scott Holcomb, whose district includes Tucker and who is running unopposed.Β
