AMC Filming Scenes for TV Series in Tucker

Patch was on the set of "Halt and Catch Fire" Wednesday morning.

A film crew began work early Wednesday morning at the Tucker Recreation Center, shooting scenes for an AMC series set to premiere in June.

Patch was on the set of "Halt and Catch Fire" while actors and extras went through takes inside a police station in Texas. Lee Pace ("The Hobbit," "Lincoln") could be seen in heavy makeup, looking like he had been in a fight.

According to IMDB, the story takes place in the early 1980s, and "dramatizes the personal computing boom through the eyes of a visionary, an engineer and a prodigy whose innovations directly confront the corporate behemoths of the time."

Also starring is Scoot McNairy ("Argo," "12 Years a Slave"), Kerry Bishe ("Argo," "Sex and the City") and Mackenzie Davis ("Smashed," "Breathe In," "That Awkward Moment").

The director is Juan José Campanella, whose 2009 film "The Secret in Their Eyes" won an Academy Award, and Mark Johnson of  "Breaking Bad" is the executive producer.
