Tucker Girl Donates Birthday Gifts to Pet Center
A nice way to celebrate a birthday - giving rather than receiving.
The Atlanta Pet Center got a nice surprise when a local family stopped by to mark a special occasion.
From their Facebook page: "Some previous adopters came by today to celebrate their daughter Goldie's birthday! We had a party for 25 kids and in exchange for gifts, Goldie decided our animals needed toys and presents more than she did.
Thank you Goldie for being so special and generous to help our dogs and cats! And thanks to all of your friends who helped donate!! A good time was had by all."
Goldie's father, Roman Teyf, contacted Patch about Goldie's generosity, calling her a "terrific young lady." Her mother Jennifer wrote, "our kids continue to amaze us every day."
