Sunday Brunch at The Local No. 7

The restaurant on Main Street now offers Sunday brunch in addition to its regular menu.

The Local No. 7 has recently added a new feature to its menu: a Sunday brunch served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. each week.

Owner Luis Finley said that the restaurant has been serving Sunday brunch for about three to four weeks now, but doing so quietly and seeing how it works. He's considering expanding to offer Saturday brunch in the future if Sunday goes well.

Brunch offerings include more standard fare like French toast, biscuits and gravy as well as a variety platter with toast, eggs, sausage or bacon. However, there are some more adventurous plates like a chorizo and scrambled egg sandwich, chicken and waffles and pancakes with barbecued pulled pork on top.

There is also a make your own Bloody Mary bar, although brunch diners must wait until 12:30 p.m. to order any alcohol per Georgia law. The restaurant also features beers, wines and cocktails.

Brunch dishes range in price from $7.50 to $11. Around noon, The Local No. 7 phases in its lunch menu too for diners who want to build their own burger or order something else. Plus, there may be brunch specials offered in the future.
