Are you sick of signs blighting your neighborhood?

DeKalb County is observing National Code Enforcement Month, with a "Sick of Signs" campaign to rid areas of illegal signs from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Oct. 19.

"Homeowner organizations, civic, and community groups are invited to participate by partnering with DeKalb County Code Compliance Division to remove signs along roadways throughout the County," according to the county website. The campaign is one of many scheduled activities "to empower and educate residents" on the importance of code compliance in improving quality of life.
