Get Out: The Weekend Planner

Things to do you may not have considered.

Tucker Civic Association’s May "Give-An-Hour"

When/Where: Saturday, May 14,
10 a.m., Fitzgerald Field, 4877 Lawrenceville Highway, Tucker.

Why Go: Around 50 folks showed up to , which is only half the people that the Tucker Civic Association was expecting, so round two is occurring this weekend. Last week, volunteers were able to clean up the front entrance to the Tucker Nature Preserve and the Trees of Tucker pathway around the Rec Center, but more cleaning still needs to be done at Fitzgerald Field. If you live, work or play in Tucker (or just simply care about it), then lend a helping hand. It'll get some good exercise in, a bit of sun and the community will love you for it.
