Posted by Karen Hirsch

If you love working out and want to help LifeLine Animal Project continue our life-saving work, then join us for the workout of the day on May 3, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at CrossFit South Cobb, 1600 Roswell Street, Suite 8, Smyrna, GA 30080.  There is a $15 donation, and all proceeds go to LifeLine!  In addition to a great workout, there will be healthy food and camaraderie with other CrossFitters and animal lovers

LifeLine’s Dekalb Animal Services Pets of the Week:  Chase and Rookie

Want a goofy boy who is uber affectionate, and loves to play with toys?  Then you owe it to yourself to meet Chase.  This five year old boy is sweet and loving and can be found carrying toys around the play yard when he is outside.  Chase is also goofy and loves to chase balls. He gets along well with other dogs and is good with kids too.

Our next pet of the week is Rookie, a one year old Lab mix. Rookie is very calm, mellow and cute.  He also gets along well with other dogs and does well with kids too.  If you’re looking for a chilled-out dog, then Rookie is your boy.

To meet Chase or Rookie, please drop by the shelter, email adoption@dekalbanimalservices.com or call (404) 294-2165.  To view other great animals available for adoption, visitwww.dekalbanimalservices.com
