Birds of Prey Show and Ribbon Cutting at Chattahoochee Nature Center Saturday

Visit the Chattahoochee Nature Center Saturday, Nov. 9th for great outdoor adventures. Start with our Ribbon Cutting at 10:30 honoring the James M. Cox Foundation and the J. R. Howard Jr. Foundation for their generous grants to fund the Wildlife Walk and the Woodland Trail Experience! Then enjoy the WINGS to S.O.A.R. shows at 11 am & 12:30 pm (Save Our American Raptors) as birds rocket overhead in this exciting birds of prey show, limited seating-2 shows. 
Take a VIP Wildlife Walk Tour @1pm w/Kathryn Dudeck.Learn about the history of the animals that call CNC their home & CNCs important wildlife rehabilitation mission.
Rockin’ Raptor Crafts: 12-3 pm
Live Book Reading of The Christmas Owl: 1:30 pm Author Angela Muse reads her new book The Christmas Owl.
Paper Airplane Fly-Off & Contest: 3 pm
Show how you take flight. Fly your best homemade paper airplane in the fly-off where everyone’s airplane is a high flyer. Prizes awarded for longest distance flight, best trick & largest paper airplane. http://www.chattnaturecenter.org
