Onsite Health Service Providers, LLC will be conducting several Flu Shot Clinics in the months of January and February at ProMed in North Dekalb Mall, to insure that those who did not get a Flu Shot in the fall have the opportunity to do so.

There have been 4 times more cases of the Flu this year than noted in previous years. Keep in mind, the Flu is a very contagious disease. It can be spread to others before you experience actual symptoms and up to 5-7 days while you are sick. 

Protect yourself and those around you and safeguard your community. Get your Flu Shot.

The cost is $25 Cash or Credit Card; ages 8 to adult
