Hi, everyone! This is Gail, Water Fitness/Aerobics Instructor, Sales/Marketing with the former "Icon" My Fair Lady Women's Fitness Center in Tucker. I am also a "sub" at LA Fitness (formerly Bally Fitness) and other fitness centers in the area. Some of you are my customers at Kroger on Chamblee-Tucker Road and you followed me there, because I was the Nutrition Manager and you were/are my students.

I have been studying Nutrition/Sports Nutrition/Fitness/Health for over 30 years now. I have overcome many obstacles, including being struck by lightning seven years ago, when I picked up a Landline phone, during a horrific thunderstorm. Many of you were there and "witnessed" this. I was burned inside; my vertebrae is fused together. Therefore I have no feeling on that entire left side of my body...however, I LIVED TO TELL IT!

Every day, I wake up and wonder if today is the day that I'll have to have surgery? No. I decided to do my OWN THERAPY and If I can do it, SO CAN YOU!
