The nominations are in, and now it's time to choose the best coffee shop in Tucker.

Cast your vote by August 17 and help us decide who's best. Whichever business gets the most votes will be named the Readers' Choice winner.

The poll will open to accept votes from registered Patch users starting on July 23 and close at 11:59 p.m. on Aug. 17.

Winners in all Readers Choice categories will be announced on Aug. 24.

Paramount Coffee and Books, almost by default. Actually, a good coffee shop is something the revitalized portion of Main St. could really use. Would love to see a Tucker version of Decatur's Java Monkey.

The Paramount Coffee and Books has great coffee, atmosphere and staff. I love the mocha and tuna sandwich, which is always tasty and fresh. The chocolate cake is also the best in town and quite the bargain!

I'm a Starbucks fan also, but Paramount is paramount (sorry, had to say it!) in my book. You can't beat the personal touch of the owners in everything they do there!
