'Coma' Miniseries Showing Monday, Tuesday

A&E will show the two-part medical thriller, filmed partly in Tucker, tonight and tomorrow.

A movie filmed partly on a set in Tucker earlier this year will be shown starting tonight, Monday, Sept. 3 on A&E and concluding tomorrow.

Tucker Patch visited the set during filming.

The four-hour miniseries stars Richard Dreyfuss, Geena Davis, James Woods and Ellen Burstyn, and is produced by Hollywood heavyweights Ridley Scott, Tony Scott and David Zucker for Sony Pictures Television.

It was the last project for Tony Scott, who died in California last month after jumping off a bridge.

Geena Davis spoke to the AJC about working in Georgia: “I loved it,” she said. “I know it sounds cliche but everyone is so nice and sweet. One of the drivers gave me some pecans from his yard. Oh my God! There are really places where people are nice to each other!”

I just watched the first part of the miniseries and I can't wait to see the second half tomorrow. It kept me guessing.
