The DeKalb County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects who stole a cell phone from the Chick-fil-A location at 3967 LaVista Road in Tucker.

The restaurant’s surveillance tape captured one of the men taking the phone off the counter while the other one posed as a customer.

The incident took place on Thursday, June 7 at approximately 8:30 a.m. Police spokeswoman Mekka Parish said in a press release that the stolen item was an i-Phone 4 belonging to an employee and had been left near the cash register.

The two men left the premises hurriedly and were seen driving away in a newer model, grey Nissan Altima with tinted windows.

Anyone with pertinent information is asked to call the DeKalb County Police Department at (770) 724-7780.
